How does.....

How does becoming an EMT sound? it only takes a couple weeks....

Joining the National Guard? To pay off my loans, but that's at least a 6 year commitment.....

Moving back home? Well, I haven't been back home since I was 17 and well my parents wouldn't live with my painted toenails much less piercings....and i'd probably have to have curfew, or rules......but could help me pay off my loans faster with no rent to pay.....probably have a miserable job.......

Moving to France or Italy? I'd have to have some money saved up and saving money right now is kind of hard.

Finishing my Physics bachelors? I'd have to take classes and work, and with the job I have right now, that is sort of impossible.

Staying at my current job? Best case scenario, but not if I want to ever finish my degree. Besides do I really want to work this hard and be a cook for the rest of my life. Uhmm....not so much.

Find me a rich husband? If only they were Christians, my age, shared some interests, hobbies....etc. etc. That would solve all my financial problems and I could be something like a housewife. Decorating, cooking... that sounds like fun. Heck I just described a guy I would be compatible with, rich or not, and apparently that one compatible person hasn't even come along yet, you can throw away the rich part.

Win the lottery? To do this you'd actually have to buy a lottery ticket. Which I have never done in my life. Probably never will.........

All possible scenario and choices that are facing me right now.

Also I spent a lot of money decorating this place. It'd be just a waste of money to leave. I know it's a trivial little small detail but when you are anal about these sort of stuff like me and you finally get it right. Well, it's hard to leave behind.

Help? Anybody? Please comment........

Idiots

We laugh WAY too much in the kitchen to call it work sometimes.

The new kid tried some of our food today. His comments were something like this:
"Oh dear, I have had sweetbreads but never like that."
"It was awesome."
"Completely incredible."
"You guys are the best cooks in the world!"

Okay that last one was me. :D

My reply to his comments of complete bliss and surprise was:
"I know we look like idiots and we fool around all the time but we know what we're doing."
"We get it done."
"Don't look so surprise."

HaHAha.......

Favorite person

So I went to this gathering of coworkers today. There were people there I had never met before. It was nice and dandy. Had great food (thanks Tim). At the end of the night one of the new girls I had met gave me a huge hug and whispered (yes whispered) that I was their favorite person at the party but not to tell anyone. Granted. Thanks. Although I feel like I must disclose this person was highly intoxicated and highly high. Ok, maybe not the latter. I'm not too sure though. Needless to say, I still feel flattered. Even if the person was drunk and high, and I thought you were a complete weirdo (she's vegetarian!!!!)

Even though I was not your holy holy religion pusher at this gathering ( I never am I very strongly believe actions speak louder than words) I did something right to have this person want to be a part of my life. With that, everything can change.

Wrong side of the bed

So do you ever wake up and find your head where your feet should be? No....Yeah me either..........

Tap Shoes

I own a pair of tap shoes. I do sometimes take them out and tap on the floor.I pretend I know what I'm doing. Apparently it looks like I know what I'm doing because my roommate and others have commented. I don't. My experience with tap shoes goes as far as watching a few instructional videos on youtube, and even those were too boring to watch. I think I'll just tap away now. Cheerios.

Crazy

So as many as you know my step-dad, is a minister. With it come different responsibilities. One of them is to open our home to those who need it. There is a couple staying with my parents right now. They have been with them for a couple of months now and I have yet to meet them. I was talking to my sister on the phone the other day and she told me she was talking to them about me. The way she described me was being crazy and lively. My mother agreed enthusiastically. So now there are these strangers at home who believe I'm crazy. So what do you do when your family thinks your crazy? You live up to it......... :D :D :D Italy? France? Anyone? :D

I try and use chopsticks everytime I get

Tis', true. I do try and use chopsticks every time I get. I even have a slot for them in my silverware box. I blame it on my 1/4 Asian roommate, but they're really mine. I'm still horrible with them. Nonetheless I have not eaten a single meal today without them. Including RIGHT NOW......
