The Life of a Cook

So how did I spend my time as the clock turned 12 you ask? Well it wasn't like last year. Last year I was taking a giant Christmas Tree off the top of my truck that just happened to be there when I got off work! Random! haha. This year, I was in the dish pit with Vicente our dishwasher and Zach my fellow co-worker cook separating silverware! My phone blinked as the clock turned 12 and I turn to Zach as I'm collecting butter knives and say "Well Happy New Years." Yep. That's about how it went down. Now I'm starting the new years with some Pizza and beer. I ended it with some foie torchon with lobster tail and greens with citrus covered in a delicious pan sauce. Ah! The life of a cook.
